Gradually add sesame oil to the chili powder while stirring, until you achieve a paste-like consistency. The oil will help bind the chili powder and create a spreadable mixture.
2. Adjust Spiciness:
The amount of chilli powder you use will determine the spiciness of the mixture. Start with a small amount of chilli powder and gradually increase until you reach your preferred level of heat.
3. Serve with Idlis or Dosas:
Once the mixture is ready, it can be served as a condiment alongside idlis, dosas, or other South Indian dishes.
To enjoy, simply dip a piece of idly or dosa into the idly chilli powder and sesame oil mixture before taking a bite. The spiciness and flavor of the mixture will complement the mildness of the idly or dosa.
4. Storage:
